Most of our Clients are internationally based educational institutes around the world. Our contracts are mainly based in the Middle, Near & Far East. This requires that we pre-screen all candidates prior to positions being offered. Each candidate supplied by TEACHFORCE is pre-screened for educational certificates, work experience, compatibility to Client and an understanding of their requirements with the new employer. Previous international work experience is a distinct advantage & attraction to our Clients.

INTERESTED in INTERNATIONAL WORK?

Important facts we wish you to know before you apply. If you have already worked overseas full time before, you will be aware of these:

• We supply personnel with a minimum experience of 5- years in their chosen field.
• As an international standard we expect you to be no younger than 26+- years of age, to have gained this experience.
• We only deal with full time employment of at least -1 year & often 2- years with an option to renew. Positions are NOT holiday jobs, but are career moves & as such, you can expect them to have long term career prospects.
• We charge you nothing except dedication to your profession & loyalty to the employer , to fulfil your initial contract with them.
• Most contracts include accommodation, a return flight at the end of each year, medical care, work permits, upto 30- days vacation p.a. However, some employers may offer different packages of which you will be informed of at time of application.
• We arrange your initial flight departure & visa work permits, if from the UK.
• To successfully find you full time employment overseas, you must be in possession of further / higher education relevant to your career, plus minimum 3- years post-study management work experience.
• All junior roles will only permit single status accommodation & therefore a single status contract will only be offered which normally means no "partners" or dependants.
• When planning to attend your UK pre-screening interview with one of our team, please review the city location options & state your preference in your application letter.

PRE-SCREENING INTERVIEW

TEACHFORCE holds regular screening interviews in major cities in  the UK, for advertised vacancies. These meetings are normally held in quality hotels and Business Conference Centres located in easy-to-find cities around the UK such as  Southampton, London, Bristol, Manchester & Preston.

To be invited to a screening interview, you will need to submit a contemporary CV with cover letter detailing

• Current or most recent position

• Current or most recent salary pa

• Notice period required

• Preferred UK city pre-screening interview location

• Personal status required on contract & date of birth (required for overseas appointments )

• Job Titles of interest to you
